The purpose of the commissioned papers is to collect and analyze research and information on the ERIC system in five areas, to recommend changes to meet current and future needs, and to highlight the important issues to be addressed in an evaluation. The five commissioned papers are available in Microsoft Word. A free copy of the Word viewer is available for downloading. The viewer allows you to view papers in Microsoft Word when you do not have Word installed on your computer or if you are using an incompatable version.
