Commissioned Papers on the ERIC System
(May 2000)

The purpose of the commissioned papers is to collect and analyze research and information on the ERIC system in five areas, to recommend changes to meet current and future needs, and to highlight the important issues to be addressed in an evaluation. These papers are the concepts of these experts. The opinions expressed by the authors of these papers are their own, and they do not reflect the views or policies of the Department of Education.
