Introduces students to the process of setting goals and working to achieve them. The program is designed for students in grades 3 through 6 and features a 24-page teachers' curriculum guide.
Education Resource Organizations Directory (EROD)
Helps you identify and contact organizations that provide information and assistance on a broad range of education-related topics. Continually updated and expanded, EROD includes information on more than 2,400 national, regional, and state organizations.
ERIC/OSEP Special Project
Hosts an annual conference for directors of Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) sponsored research projects; produces a directory of special education discretionary projects; and produces publications.
ERIC Search Wizard and Expert Searches
This state-of-the-art search engine allows you to to build effective, high-quality searches by selecting terms from the Thesaurus of ERIC Descriptors. The Wizard also allows users to load more than 80 prepackaged search strategies on current education topics. The strategies were developed by expert reference librarians in the ERIC system.
Gateway to Educational Materials (GEM)
Provides one-stop, any-stop access to high quality Internet lesson plans, curriculum units, and other education resources. Conduct full-text, subject, keyword, or title searches, then select a desired grade or education level.
National Parent Information Network (NPIN)
Provides information to parents and those who work with parents and fosters the exchange of parenting materials.

Describes more than 11,000 assessment instruments and their availability.
Virtual Reference Desk (VRD)
A cooperative of those interested in improving education (including schools, colleges, industry, government, and any qualified expert) by linking the K-12 community directly with expertise and experience.
